Positioning Finger BASE for the Bobbin Case – vintage original part. If your machine is jammed, do not force it! Chances are, your machine has thread caught behind the bobbin case base. Watch the video tutorial on how to remove that thread. If, however, the finger on your bobbin case base is broken off, then occasionally we will have original replacements available. When replacing it, make sure that the finger on the bobbin case base is returned to it’s correct position under the needle plate.
Bobbin Case and remaining Bobbin Assembly are not included.

Our policy runs for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
