This Singer Featherweight 221K is in great condition, and it was commissioned on May 15th, 1961! Cleaned and serviced inside and out – this 221K will be ready to sew right out of the case. This machine is fitted with an original 110-volt motor that has been rewound to work at optimum speed and torque. This machine is given a Grade 8. During the last three years of production of the black Singer Featherweights (1959-1961), a “Red S” emblem was issued rather than the standard gold-colored badge. Singer produced under 50,000 black 221 Featherweights with this Red ‘S’ badge making it much more difficult to find one of these machines in comparison with the Centennial badged Featherweight of the early 1950s.
This machine also has a receipt booklet given to the purchaser from Singer. It contains their information as well as a guarantee and a coupon for maintenance

The Original Bobbin Case is included, adhering to originality all these years later. The machine has been serviced and calibrated for quilter’s cotton, so tension is already properly set; however, tension can easily be adjusted depending on fabric needs.
The machine is fitted with an original striated faceplate and the original case includes the tray for holding the attachments.

Returns

Our policy runs for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
